ETC Finance Limited is engaged in providing consumer loans products, including personal and mortgage loans. In order to cope with the rapid expansion, we are now looking for high-caliber candidates to fill the following positions:

1. Loan Administration Officer / Clerk

Requirements:

• F.5 or above, Diploma holder is preferable;
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience for Loan Administration Officer;
• Candidates with less / no experience will be considered as Loan Administration Clerk;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Detail-minded, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure;
• Good computer Microsoft Office application skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare mortgage loans documents for loan disbursement;
• Assist the Department Head to monitor and follow up all delinquent files;
• Co-ordinate with solicitor to ensure the related legal proceedings are in an effective way;
• Perform daily credit monitoring for all customers in ETC;
• Provide all clerical support to the department, such as filing, data input and ad hoc projects.

2. Loans Officer / Loans Clerk

Requirements:

• F.5 or above, preferably Diploma holder in Banking, Finance or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience for Loans Officer and at least 1 year relevant experience for Loans Clerk;
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
• Customer-oriented, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure;
• Good computer Microsoft Office application skills.

Responsibilities:

• Check and verify customer's loan application;
• Responsible for providing good quality of customer services in the branch network;
• Promote full range of loan products;
• Assist the Branch Manager to achieve sales target;
• Provide clerical support duties, such as filing, data input and ad hoc projects.
